CANCELLATION POLICY
I Charge A 60% Cancelation Fee For Any No-Shows. And A 30% Fee For Cancelations Within 24 Hours Of Your Appointment. IMPORTANT BOOKING & SCHEDULING INFORMATION 💕 To Ensure Every Client Receives The Proper Amount Of Time And Attention, Please Be Sure To Select ALL Services You Plan To Receive During Your Appointment. Please Remember That Nail Services, Acrylic Toes, Pedicures, And Soak-Offs Are All Booked Separately. For Example, If You're Receiving Nails, Acrylic Toes, And A Pedicure, All THREE Services Must Be Selected During Booking. If You Need A Soak-Off Before A New Set, Both Services Must Be Added As Well. Booking All Services Correctly Helps Me Reserve Enough Time For Your Appointment Without Delaying Other Clients. Please Note: Appointments Booked With Incorrect Or Incomplete Services May Need To Be Adjusted, Rescheduled, Limited To The Services Originally Selected, Or Canceled.
